1. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
2. Click on Network and Internet Connections.
3. Click “Set up or change your Internet connection.”
4. Under the Connections tab, click the Setup button.
5. Click the Next button.
6. Select Connect to the Internet.
7. Click the Next button.

9. Click the Next button.
10. Select “Connect using a dial-up modem.”
11. Click the Next button.
12. Type in
Outlook Technologies.
13. Click the Next button.
14. Type in the local access number.
15. Click the Next button.
16. Select either option, then click the Next button.

your Dialup UserName in the
username field. Please enter your
username as such:
UserName@outtech.com
If your dialup user name is
JohnD, enter
.JohnD@outtech.com
18. Check the box that says “Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop.”
19. Click the Finish button.
20. Double click on the newly created
Outlook Technologies
icon located on your desktop.
21. Click on the Properties button.
22. Click on the Networking Tab.
23. Click on the Settings button.
24. Uncheck the box labeled “Enable LCP extensions”
and
Uncheck
“Negotiate multi-link for
single link connections.”
25. Click the OK button.

26. Click the Dial button to connect to the internet.
