Macintosh System 7.5.1 Set-Up  (FreePPP)

These directions assume that you have already set up MacTCP.
Thank you.

1. From the PPP menu select Open FreePPP Setup.
2. There will be a small purple triangle on the right, next to the from field.
   Make sure that the triangle is pointing down.
3. Select the Accounts tab and click on the New button.  
4. In the Server Name field enter Outlook Technologies.
5. In the Phone Number field enter the local dial up number for your area.
6. In the Connect field chose directly.  
7. In the User Name field enter your user name.
8. Enter your password in the Password field.
9. Click on the OK button.
10. Select the General Tab.
11. Make sure that the Allow applications to open connection box is checked.
12. All other check boxes should be unchecked.
13. Click the Connect button to dial up.
